An ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the ICT sector. These projects may involve the development and deployment of hardware, software, and network systems, as well as the integration of various technologies.
To qualify as an ICT Project Manager, a candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a field such as computer science, information technology, or engineering. Some employers may also require a master’s degree in a related field.
In addition to a formal education, ICT Project Managers should have a strong understanding of various technologies and their applications, as well as excellent project management skills. This includes the ability to develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Other qualifications that may be important for ICT Project Managers include:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

In addition to these technical and managerial qualifications, ICT Project Managers should also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members to achieve project goals. They should be able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances, as well as be able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
