How much is Unisa application fee?[2024]

The University of South Africa (UNISA) application fee for South African students was ZAR 135.00, and for international students, it was also ZAR 135.00. However, these amounts are subject to change, and it is important to check the latest information directly from UNISA’s official website or contact their admissions office for the most current application fee.

Pay the application fee

Pay the online application fee of R135,00.

  • Use the student number you receive from Unisa AND the application fee reference number (eg STUDENTNUMBER 5370810030)
  • Send your proof of payment to susdepid@unisa.ac.za
  • Click here for Unisa’s payment methods and banking details.

Unisa does not accept cash at any of its offices. You may, however, deposit cash into the university’s First National Bank account.

Application fees at UNISA are typically non-refundable and must be paid for each application period you apply for. It’s crucial to follow the payment instructions provided by UNISA carefully, using the correct payment references to ensure your payment is correctly allocated to your application.
