In line with BCA’s efforts on sustainability, BCA Academy will be phasing out application forms for registration of courses. In its place, the BCAA Online Storefront (OSF) has opened for course registration. An event to launch the OSF is scheduled for end October 2017. Watch this space!
For customers who have already registered previously for courses, you do not need to do anything. Your course registrations are safe and your course placements are secure.
For customers registering for new courses or course runs, please open an account with us via the Register button below. There are two types of account, for individuals who pay their own way (“Individual”) and for companies who sponsor their employees for courses (“Company”).
— If you are paying for the course yourself, please register for an Individual account. Once you have registered online, you will receive an email confirming that your account has been opened successfully. You will then be able to submit a course application straight away.
— If you are sponsoring your employees for the course, please register for a Company account. Once you have registered online, you will receive within 3 working days an email confirming that your account has been opened successfully. You will then be able to submit course applications for your employees.
For information on how to navigate the OSF, please download the OSF Guide.
In future, you will also be able to use the OSF to check real-time seat availability, make payment online even for funded courses, amend / cancel your course registrations and trace your own training records. All these will give you the power to manage your training applications and records.
All these transactions will be available to you all day, every day as the system is open 24/7! All transactions are paperless and can be accessed via your smartphones or personal devices.
