If you are trying to log in to the PSIRA Self-Service Portal and have received an OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS or email, follow these steps to complete your login:
- Go to the PSIRA website at www.psira.co.za.
- Click on the “Online Services” tab on the homepage.
- Click on “PSIRA Self-Service Portal” to access the login page.
- Enter your PSIRA username and password, and then click on “Login.”
- You will be prompted to enter the OTP that you received via SMS or email.
- Enter the OTP and click on “Submit.”
- If the OTP is correct, you will be logged in to the PSIRA Self-Service Portal.
Note that the OTP is a temporary password that can only be used once and expires after a certain period of time. If your OTP has expired or you did not receive it, you can request a new OTP by clicking on the “Resend OTP” button on the login page.
